These terms govern your use of Nodline, a Shopify app provided by Sticks Capital LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we”). By installing Nodline you agree to them on behalf of your store.

The service

Nodline reads your Shopify purchase orders (read-only), lets you send them to your suppliers for confirmation, and shows you differences they report. Nodline never changes your Shopify purchase orders or their status; marking a purchase order as Ordered remains your decision.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the supplier contacts you enter, for having a legitimate business reason to email them, and for decisions you make based on supplier answers. Do not use Nodline to send unsolicited or marketing email. We may limit sending (see fair use) to protect email deliverability.

Plans, billing and fair use

Plans and prices are shown in the Shopify App Store and billed by Shopify. Plan limits count unique purchase orders sent for confirmation per calendar month; follow-ups on the same purchase order are free. Unlimited plans are subject to fair-use daily sending limits. You can change or cancel your plan in Shopify at any time; charges follow Shopify’s billing terms.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Nodline available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Email delivery depends on recipients’ mail systems. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Liability

Nodline is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for Nodline in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may uninstall at any time. We may suspend use that breaches these terms. Data handling after uninstall is described in our privacy policy.
